Refund Policy

My goal is to deliver high-quality digital marketing services. However, due to the nature of the work, certain limitations apply to refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Project Cancellation (Early): If a client cancels a service before any work has started, a partial refund may be provided after deducting admin/processing charges.

Non-Delivery: If I fail to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Work has already been completed or partially delivered

     

  • You change your mind after approving the project scope

     

  • Delays are caused by lack of response, content, or feedback from the client

     

  • Results are not as expected (due to market or platform variability beyond my control)

3. Retainer & Subscription Services

For ongoing packages (SEO, social media, etc.):

  • No refunds for the current billing cycle after work has started

     

  • You may cancel future cycles with a [15/30]-day notice, as agreed

4. Dispute Resolution
