Welcome to Nithin Sreekumar’s Digital Marketing Services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or services.

1. Services

I provide freelance digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
Social Media Marketing
Content Strategy
Email Marketing
Marketing Automation
Web Analytics and Reporting

Each service engagement will be governed by a separate project agreement or proposal.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins.
For monthly packages, payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
No refunds are provided for completed work or ongoing subscriptions unless otherwise stated.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery.
Review deliverables and provide feedback in a reasonable timeframe.
Have the rights or licences to all assets (text, images, etc.) provided to me for use.

4. Intellectual Property

All original materials created by me remain my intellectual property until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
I reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio or for promotional use.

5. Confidentiality

All project-related information shared by clients is treated as confidential and will not be shared or used for any purpose other than the agreed services, unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided. While I strive for accuracy and effectiveness, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., search engine rankings or ad performance).

7. Revisions & Termination

Each project includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 3 days’ written notice with immediate effect.
In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Third-Party Tools

If services involve third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, WordPress), clients agree to their respective terms and conditions. I am not responsible for changes, outages, or policies made by these third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, Kerala, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the site or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
